Default Bluetooth audio/BB messanger/surfing - 08-25-2008, 07:17 PM

Picked up my Bold on Friday.

Seem to have a small problem. While walking my dog at night I stream music to my bluetooth headset. I also tend to chat with other BB users on messanger. I have also been known to surf (this site) while doing all this.

Problem is I have managed to completely freeze up the Bold on multiple occasions while doing this. It will require a three fingered salute or a battery pull to rectify (holding the power button will turn off the unit, buut when turned back on the media player will not function)

I have installed the Hutchinson OS but that didn't help.

My curve had no problems with this at all...even on 4.5

Any tips (other than don't do all of the above?)

Wirelessly posted

Just finished installing 4.6.0.134 and the issue still exists.

Basically it seems to be more of a bluetooth issue. Today it happened while I was streaming music via bluetooth and using Viigo and a Blackberry messenger message came it. The media player stalled again. This time I got an error though.
