Please Login to Remove! Mine arrived and the track ball did not work. No matter how hard you pushed the ball it would not select anything.
Sending back to the seller for refund!

The one think I don't like about the Bold is you can not pop the track ball out and clean/replace it like with the other BBs? | | Offline

I got my new bold today. presuming in case of any issue with trackback, can BB authorize repair centres replace it in USA since its not avail here

I do not think that USA repair centers would even have the parts yet. It kinda ticks me off that ATT can even get 4.5 released and we are waiting on the Bold!
Anyway the seller from eBay is trusting and is overnighting, from Canada, another Bold that will be here on Thursday. I have already had FedEx pick the broken unit up to get it back to him.
Well I got to look at the screen and play with the keyboard but as it says, again, in my profile, CURVE for me!

I'm a girl so I have smaller hands (lol) and I didn't find the Bold too bulky when I played around with one briefly last week. I'm not sure if it'll feel huge when using it as a phone though. I would think you would get used to it rather quickly. With the larger device you are getting a nice keyboard that is easy to use. Just give it some time. I use the 8820 and it does not seem big to me. | | Offline

My trackball was weird at first it wouldn't move if i was scrolling for every long, it just kept getting stuck. but now after a week everything is fine. Probably needed to be broken in.
Does anybody know if its easy to change the trackball on a bold? I usually buy 5 at a time because i like always having a clean trackball | | Offline
