Hello everyone just got my new bold a few days ago, I was just wondering if anyone has downloaded
A flash player for there device yet because there are some websites that require flash

There is no flash player available for any smartphone. This includes the BlackBerry, iPhone, Palm, Windows Mobile, etc. It sucks, but until Adobe releases one or RIM creates there own your out of luck.
