Default usb charging problems - 08-29-2008, 02:48 AM

hi,

my BB 9000 does not charge with USB. I used to charge it successfully one tweek ago but now i see the thunder sign on battery (charging indicator) and after 3 secs. it suddenly stop.

I also cannot see the clock or any charging indicator (blinking light etc..)

any comments?

Go to Options > Status and tell us what % your battery is at.

I started trying from 50%, now it is 40%

Try reinstalling desktop manager. This will reinstall the drivers needed to charge your BB. Also make sure the usb isn't plugged into a hub or a usb port on the front of the pc, use one on the rear as the front ones often don't have enough power.

i tried both ways, reinstalling dsktop manager and using front USB ports.

ıt did not work out, still not chaarging via USB

yes it does.

finally i solve the problem.

re-installing USB&modem drivers worked for me.
