The "Word to Go" pre-loaded app isn't working on my Bold. The issue is as described on this page, at the application vendor's website: DocID: 14197 - When I open Documents To Go, I receive a message saying "Documents To Go is requesting changes to its application control permissions."
When I try to change the various options to "Allow", the Allow option is either not available or won't stick. It's a permissions issue on my firm's BES. The I.T. guys are working on it, but I'm wondering if anyone on the board has encountered this issue and gotten it fixed.
