Default "Word to Go" app isn't working on my Bold (on BES)

The "Word to Go" pre-loaded app isn't working on my Bold. The issue is as described on this page, at the application vendor's website:

DocID: 14197 - When I open Documents To Go, I receive a message saying "Documents To Go is requesting changes to its application control permissions."

When I try to change the various options to "Allow", the Allow option is either not available or won't stick. It's a permissions issue on my firm's BES. The I.T. guys are working on it, but I'm wondering if anyone on the board has encountered this issue and gotten it fixed.

It could very well be a similar issue to the Google Maps issue with OS 4.5 and BES. It occurs when you are on a Software Configuration. If you're removed from the Software configuration on the BES then you can get it to work. Might be worth a try.
