Default Desktop Manager back up issue

Please Login to Remove!

I have never had any issues backing up my Bold or any other BlackBerry for that matter but recently when I perform a back up I receive the following message: "Error backing up database(s)"

How can I correct this?

Ignore my previous post. I upgraded from Desktop Manager 4.5 to Desktop Manager 4.6 and am now able to perform a backup.
