We always post the latest OS versions in the Sticky Notes at the top of each model series section, so the East Asia OS, for the Bold, is the latest officially released.

All OS releases include English, if that is what you are wondering.

Look at the version numbers, the East Asia version is the latest release, you would want it.

What would this version have that the stock version on Rogers doesn't?

Mostly bug fixes but otherwise everything is the same.

Does it strengthen the vibration when the phone rings?

That's a mechanical issue. There is a small motor with a counterweight on it. Some of the motors are stronger than others. It seems each BB is a little different.

So there can't be a fix for this on the bold?

There is no fix for it on any BB. I can have two identical BB's with the identical OS and both will have different strength vibrate motors. If yours is really weak you may need to exchange it.
