Default BlackBerry Internet Service Rogers

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

Like a million other people have purchased a Bold from Rogers but now that I have it I am tiring to set the email side up. So I went to Blackberry Internet Service for AT&T and it says Error this phone is registered with Rogers. So I go to Rogers Blackberry Internet Service page and everything set up fine but I am not getting emails or services books nada Help.

Who is your carrier? AT&T?

You need to set up BlackBerry Internet Service on AT&T if they are your carrier.
If the PIN is still registered on Rogers' network... then you need to contact Rogers to have them release the device so you can use it on AT&T.

Knowing Rogers they might not do that.

Who is "he"? I don't understand anything you're saying in this post.

Rogers people shouldn't be doing anything with your device. Your carrier is AT&T.
The Rogers people just need to release the PIN so you can use the device on AT&T.
They should not have had you register the device on their network.

I think you actually worsened your position. Not sure how you'll get this resolved now.

Rogers is based in Canada only i assume..not in the US. So yes, AT&T would be your carrier in any case.

I assume that it requires to be unlocked in order to work with AT&T? since you got it from Rogers? I'm just guessing.
