Is there a shortcut key to manipulate the white balance when taking a photograph? (Seems like a bit of research has shown this to be not available.)

Here's what I could find about the shortcuts:

Space = cycle through flash settings
Sym = full-screen viewfinder toggle
Enter = take picture
Volume up/down = zoom in/out

Now, can anyone tell me if there is any way to force the ISO level? I've never seen it show anything besides 200+. What ISO range does the camera have?
