Default Magnets in Bold

Sorry if this is old news but just found that there is a magnet in the top of my Bold. Found it when it picked up paper clip that I had put my phone onto. Its at the top on the back of the phone. Anyone the same?

It's the speaker for the speakerphone. They all generate a magnetic field that will impact paper clips.

Never had this with other phones before. Must be big speakers.

Yes I think the speaker is definitely larger. My Bold is 3x louder than my Curve on the external speaker for sure.

Hey 328iGuy, how is your bluetooth sound in your car with the Bold? I just bought a bold and am waiting for it too come in this week, and have heard mixed reviews of it through the BMW's bluetooth system.

Chadderbox I no longer have a BMW and haven't for years, but the sound is great in my Volvo XC90 though.
