Default Problem Synchronising with Outlook 2007

I have the BB BOLD and when capturing an appointment in the phone and then syncing with Outlook, the appointment is inserted 4 hour ahead of schedule in Outlook. If I first capture the appointment in Outlook and then do a sync, the appointment times are not changed. I had exactly the same problem with the BB Curve. Can anyone assist please>>>>>

check your timezone on your computer (and your blackberry).
