Default Bold is Bold so Bold This and Bold That - Can you hear me now!

Well I just gotta say I love this device after 12 hours. Screen and fonts and entire UI is so clean. Wifi was a snap. LOVE the keyboard and feel in the hands. So far no serious issues or drawback. Love the new BBM layout.

I think many users will be very pleased. For me I will take the size of this over a Curve to have the additional features. It came with a nice leather swivel holster, but I am sure a sleeve is in my future. I basically see it as no wider and just slightly longer. The handfeel is different due to the shape of the leather back.

So for all the people that say, "its too big for me" without having used it, you would firmly recommend to get hands on before deciding based on measurements?

Like anything new it takes some time to get used to. My previous device was the 8310 so when I first got my 9000 it took a bit of getting used to. I got used to the size after a week or so and now it feels incredibly wierd to go back to using the 8310. I find the keyboard is a lot easier to type on the 9000.

Like anything you have to actually get a hands on feel before you can make any decisions.

I completely agree, I went from the 8310 to this. At first it seemed bigger, which obviously it is slightly, however now there is no comparison and worth the difference 100% IMHO.

The added benfits out weigh the size difference 1000x.

I concur with the prior sentiments. When I first looked at my Bold, I initially felt, "THIS LOOKS SMALL" compared to what everyone was saying about it being too large and cumbersome. I love my BOLD bigtime. I look at my old Curve now in comparison and just laugh.
