the bold also has twice the processor, twice the screen resolution, and a lot more memory to power.
you're comparing apples to oranges when it comes to battery life between 8300 vs 9000. with a curve you should get a good 6-8 hours standby with msn running. i leave my IM client (Ramble IM) on all day as well as texting throughout the day and browsing using opera mini and still after 10-12 hours of at work and running errands i'm at at least 35-40% battery life. i dont remember the last time i saw the infamous blinking green LED.
however battery life has been a notable issue with the BOLD even with its bigger higher capacitance battery
