Hi,

I bought BB yesterday from Singapore and have set up the email account via Blackberry internet site.

The problem is...
I can't read Chinese and Korean Email from my Blackberry bold.

My current OS version is v4.6.0.147 platform 4.0.0.144
I thought I have to update the things so I've installed the OS(v4.6.0.147 ) on my computer and updated the things form Desktop manager v4.6

But still Can't read Korean and Chinese email
Is there any option or menu to change to read Korean Email?
or do I need to update the OS to the latest one? coz I know it's not the latest one.

The language setting is Options/Language/Language. You should have a drop down that consists of English, English (UK), Korean, Chinese Simplified and Chinese Traditional. These languages should also show up in Options/Advanced Options/Applications. None of this shows up I would guess that you have an incorrect OS Build. Are you on SingTel?

i think you better update with newest os 167 or 162.... you can download from m1 or singtel website..... but i think the latest fron singtel website is 162... CMIIW.....

or should you choose to dowload from other site... you must install east asian version....

any chinese dictionary available for the bold?
