As of 1pm CDT the Bold was still not offered on US AT&T premerie corporate portal.

Just check the AT&T Premier and the Bold still not available yet. Does anyone known when can we place a Bold order on Premier website?

It will be available tomorrow on Premier. It always shows up on the day of the release. You can order with overnight shipping and have it Wednesday morning.
