When I travel from the west coast to the east coast, the time on my pearl would not change, it would stay on the west coast time. Will the bold be the same way? I have had other phones and when they get powered up and search for the network, they would automaticly update the time. I have the time source as " network " in the settings.

It should update automatically if you have it set to network time. I am NOT sure why your Pearl is not doing the same.

A BB will not automatically adjust the Time Zones, ever, with either setting to Network or to BlackBerry.

This has been well documented, cussed and discussed in hundreds of posts in this forum.
