hey people another help thread for me just wondering when i connect my bb bold to my PC and open desktop manager the media manager is grayed out which means i cant click it which disables me from tyranfering photos to and from my BB .

Once the program recognizes the phone, it should un gray and work. The program must not be seeing your device.
with the new 4.6 or whatever it is the media manager wont even install for me errors out while installing.. =\ I've dl'ed it 3 or 4 times still same error..Im trying to run from location but doubt it'll work this time either..
