sooo.. i gots a question for you Boldies out there.

does the bold call over 3g or GSM?

im wondering because if it used 3g to call, that would kill the battery life. i hope it still uses gsm. because i had a phone from att a while ago and it used 3g to call.... it sucked

I believe that data uses 3G and the voice uses GSM network.
On my Rogers handset I can choose to use just EDGE instead to save battery or both EDGE and 3G.
