Default Hardware fix process?

Please Login to Remove!

Thanks to jsconyers, I discovered this onboard hardware test feature on the Bold: LEDs not flashing at all (thanks again js, much appreciated)

However, it did infact prove that my LEDs are no longer operational, and also that the speakers have either blown or just not working as they did a month back when it was new.

At the end of the test, a screen popped up but disappeared before I could read the message. Obviously I want to get the LEDs and speaker fixed, and presumably under warranty too. Does anyone know if the message screen confirmed if the tests were automatically sent to either vodafone or RIM, and the fix has been entered in a trouble-ticket queue?

Alternatively, does anyone know how to start the fix process? Vodafone? RIM?
Thanks again gang.
