I have just downloaded the product update for my Vodafone Bold from thier website, and installed as per instructions. I know have v18.104.22.168 (platform 22.214.171.124)
But now when I try to conect to the desktop manager (version 4.6.012) i get an error saying the device failed to connect.
I have uninstalled desktop manager and reinstalled, battery pulled the Bold, and even tried it all on a new PC, but it wont connect, and now I can re-install all my backups!!
Any ideas people?
