| Most likely an app (3rd party I would bet) failed to initialize properly during the boot up. If it keeps happening, you might want to review any and all apps that you might have installed and experiment with removing them one by one until the exception no longer occurs. Then perhaps contact the developer of the app that you feel is causing the problem (as long as it is reproducible).
