Start by reading this thread my friend.

Get Blackberry Maps and Google Maps working on Beta OS 4.5

It's an AT&T issue and not the Bold itself.

My understanding is that there is a fix for it though. That other thread eludes to it. I'm trying to figure it out myself. I'd like to have BB Maps on my AT&T Bold.

Once it's figured out that would be great as half of Poynt's functionality is unavailable without it. Stay classy AT&T! ...not.
