Default Video crashing ATT Bold?

Please Login to Remove!

I have a launch day Bold from a local ATT store and tried several of the built-in favorite CV feeds - CNN, ESPN, ABC News, etc. The performance was terrible (I had heard the 3G data network isn't all too great) but after buffering the video multiple times and basically freezing (audio would still come) the phone "crashed" several times - basically rebooting itself in the middle of the video feed.

I'm wondering if anyone else is seeing this, or if I just have a lemon.

thanks,

Mark

Default

Hard to say. I've never had it crash on me when playing videos although I have seen the video go "green" when toggling between full screen and not full screen.

I haven't been out in the "real world" to truly give 3G a good test (I've been utilizing WiFi for the most part in my first couple of days of use at home). Although 3G performance, I would speculate is more of a function of where you are as there are a lot of variables that come into play between the tower and you.
