I recently bought a new att bold, i am looking for a case that will protect the screen as well as the BB. I also dont want it to be bulky.

Also, has anybody bought the ebay silicone bold case? if so i want to know how they are and if they are worth it....

Any ideas?

You could always buy the pouch for the Bold.

or a Fortte. They are more expensive but a nicer case IMO.

No bold yet but on my current 8820 and models before that, I use the thin rubber skin and invisishild for the screen protector. The rubber skin keeps it from falling out of my top pocket or sliding around the car. I don't use a case for mine.

I find the original case for the BOLD a little too big. I purchased a Fortte case for my Bold and I was very excited when it arrived. To say the least the case is nicely made but it has a few issues that I dislike... first, the clip is horrible...i know that with time it will be useless, secondly, the bberry goes in with the front facing the front of the case (not like the original bberry case). This takes a while to get used to. Thirdly, the front of the case does not fully cover the top portion of the bberry, I already have scratches (maybe could have selected a different case, but that's not the point) on it. Other than that the case is thinner than the original one and the quality is good.

I received my Innocase from Seidio yesterday along with the matching holster. Love it. Had the same thing for my Curve, so I went with what I knew. The Curve one stood up to tons of abuse.

My standard setup:

Invisishield - Zagg
Black silicone skin - eBay, look for OEM
Horizontal holster - eBay, magnetic flap & belt loops (not clip)

The lens shield and skin do a great job of protecting the BB out of the holster. Maybe the name brand holsters are better but I get about a years service out of the $10 Chinese jobs.
