I'm very frustrating with my first blackberry. I buy a bb Bold and I'm satisfy but sometimes it reset (reboot) for no reasons... For example, I give a call, I hang up, I put down my bb on my desk (gently) and at this time it reboot.

I do upgrades of the os and the problem is still there. It occurs about 1 ou 2 times a month.

Any suggestions?

you definitely has a defected device dude, I also had one like that, swap it.
a little bit of shake on the unit, it'll reboot.
