Default I upgraded my OS but DM always warm me for available updates!

Please Login to Remove!

Hi everybody,

I have a strange thing occurs with my bb Bold and Desktop Manager. When I plug my bb Bold to my computer, I launch Desktop Manager, it synchronize and then Desktop Manager check for software updates. It tells me everytime that there are new updates available. I try to install that (I click on install now) and then Desktop Manager says that there are no updates available for my terminal!

Any ideas?

I have this problem since I install the last OS...

Thank you for your help.

On the install screen instead of clicking next can you go the the advance/details options and you should see the options for each installed component one or more of them will either say upgrade or downgrade. the list should show you what will be upgraded but only in advance mode. in DM 4.6 I believe its the top button to the right.

You could also remove the OS from your PC and this will stop.

Add remove programs on your PC, not your BB.
