How can you tell when your email box is full? I wasn't receiving any emails on my Sympatico address in my Bold but I was receiving them on my PC. I even called Rogers Blackberry help desk and they couldn't figure it out. I was receiving emails in my other email folders but not the Sympatico one. After 45 minutes on the phone with the customer rep. and no luck, I decided to delete a bunch of old emails I had in my Sympatico email and then I finally started receiving emails? My question is when do you know when the mailbox is full or does anybody know how many emails you can store in your account (or size). Thanks.

if you were receiving e-mail from another account on the phone, it sounds like the limit was reached on your actual mailbox, not the phone, otherwise, you wouldn't be able to receive anything,

e-mail size on the bb is very small, since your not downloading attachments,
to check the size, options > status > open options and click on "database size"

No, like I said, I was still receiving my Sympatico emails on my computer so the actual mailbox was not full. I could also send emails with my Bold using my Sympatico address. I just can't figure out how to tell if your Blackberry inbox is full. I tried your advice but my Bold doesn't have that option:
