Lock the Bold from the keyboard?

Sorry about the noob question, ive looked everywhere. How can I lock the Bold from the keyboard?

If you have dialing disabled from the home screen, you can lightly press the "k" key to lock all non Suretype BlackBerrys.

........or a quick "K" like NJBlackBerry mentioned when dial from home screen is disabled.

There is a thread somewhere in this forum. It is great. Has all kinds of shortcuts. Search shortcuts, I'm sure you will find it. I don't know how to direct you to it. Old Grandma here.

I use auto lock. it locks the kb after a preset time ofter the screen dims. check it out

u dont need to disable dialing from home screen....

i have it enabled and i can lock it by just pressing the * (a) button and hold it for 2 seconds...

the unit will lock(y)
