BB Alerts LED colors w/ BOLD?
 

Handango says: "Color LED Alerts - for those with devices that support color LEDs (81XX, 88XX) you can configure the program to play alerts using the LED and selecting a color"

Question is whether the different LED colors work with the BOLD

It says 81xx and 88xx. Does it say 9000? If not, I wouldn't load it.

Agreed, the main reason I'd want it is for the color options of the LED, so even if it's compatable in other respects, without the color options, I'll leave it be.

i don't know if that program works with the Bold but i can tell you that the Bold does have colored LEDs as I've set up Beejive with a different color LED alert for IMs... it's pretty sweet.

I downloaded the trial of BB Alerts. I confirmed that it works only with the LED on the top left. The pearl color won't change. It's a nice app, I had for sometimes also on my old 8100, but still I found the same problem. From time to time, after few led notifications (SMS or EMAIL or PIN or CALL), after you dismiss them, the network status led (green blinking) won't come back, very annoying.

I'll wait to see when they fix this bug to buy this application again.
