Angry Watch Video + Scroll Video = Reboot!

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

I have some mpeg4 encoded AVI files and they look great in the video player, but when I try to scroll to a different point in the video, it immediately reboots.

I was also experiencing some latency when trying to play videos that were bigger than the screen, but I re-encoded them to the 480px width and now they look great and play smoothly, but they still reboot the device when trying to change the position!

Anyone have any suggestions? I am on the Bold running the newest AT&T OS.

Thanks!

I had the scrolling thing happen to me as well. Hopefully it'll be fixed in a subsequent firmware release.

it happened to me as well yesterday, so i got fed up and downgraded back to my Rogers Wireless firmware 4.6.0.162 and not only did it fix the video issue it also gave me 46mb of free space on boot up compared to version .167 with28mb of free space on boot up. Rogers firmware more reliable than AT&T firmware
