BOLD Seperate email and SMS icon-lost the text icon
 

Hope this is not already been addressed...I have an email icon and when I first got my Bold (first 48 hours)...I had seperate icon for my email and my text message... With an icon for both...now I have one icon..for both...Does anyone know how I restore the seperate Icons...one for my email and one for my text messages. Probably a simple fix..but I can not figure it out.

Try to pop the battery out for 30 seconds while the device is still powered on.

If that doesn't fix it go to your messages > Menu key > Options > General Options > SMS & Email = Separate.

I did complete those changes...however the icon is still missing for text..I am stumped..

are you sure it's just not hidden? do a "show all" on the home screen. What Theme are you using?

If you changed themes, the theme can define if you have a unified folder for email, SMS, and MMS or if you have them split into the two folders.

Paniked like mad but took battery out for 30 seconds without turning phone off... Put back toghether & left it to boot for a minute or 2 and hey presto...
