Default BlackBerry Bold & Windows contacts

ok so i had an iphone and i bought a blackberry bold today but my problem is that all my contacts were stored in windows contacts how can i get them unto my blackberry bold now?

I am assuming that you have a version of Outlook. It should be Outlook 2003 or newer. You can export out the contacts (from Windows Contacts) to a csv then import it into Outlook Contacts. Outlook 2007 can import Windows Contacts directly.

iTunes can also sync to Outlook (which would then allow you to sync to Blackberry). Make sure that you are running 4.5 or 4.6 Desktop Manager.
