Bold is connected to company BES, microSD and camera are locked. If I unlock bold from AT&T service, does that unlock camera and microSD?

no it is a restriction of the security policy on the company BES that has been pushed to the BOLD

"Unlocking" will ONLY allow the device to be used on a carrier other than the one for which it is branded.
