I'm already with AT&T and due and upgrade so i need to find best deal for existing customer.

I don't have the answer but as a rule retail stores are the worst deals for phones (Walmart, BestBuy, ATT, etc.) If you're due for upgrade I think you could get $99 somewhere online, which is cheaper. Try googling around.

$200 is a heck of a lot better for those of us still in contrqact who paid close to $600...

Anyone know the best price without a contract?

Just make sure you read the fine print. The walmart deal is actually through letstalk.com and although its a good deal, requires you to stay on specific plans with unlimited txt and you dont get your rebate for about 5 months (says you have to send in your FOURTH monthly bill) for the rebate...just FYI, not saying its bad...just make sure you know all the specifics.
