Default connect macbook pro to a blackberry bold internet

Hey there, just to be helpful, I put together a little guide to help people connect their MacBook Pro via bluetooth and a Blackberry Bold to 3G for an untethered modem.

Took me a while to work out how to connect to Orange UK let me know if you have success elsewhere.
