Default Help with reboot error on BB 9000

Please Login to Remove!

I bough my BB9000 yesterday but met the error: "It automatically reboot several times per day, especially when i send or receive SMS"
I use BB9000 from T-Mobile, DE.

Pls help me fix it. Tks.

I would flash it with the most recent OS from your provider. If the problem continues then take the phone back within the 30 grace period to get a new one. If you want past the 30days then they will have to send it away to get fixed or they will send you a referbished one.

I upgraded the new device software and the error hasn't happened anymore. Testing
