Question Desktop Connectivity

Please Login to Remove!
i cannot sync with desktop manager my BB because the "desktop connectivity" is disabeld on my device...How i can solve this... Thanks in advance to all for the help

could you try to reset the device by alt + right shift + del

Did you enable "Mass storage device support" when connecting your Blackberry to your desktop? Choose no when connecting to sync your BB.

the problem is to sync my BB throught Bluethoot. With USB everything works. I cannot sync my BB with PC via bluethoot because desktop connectivity option is disabled...

You are having a Bluetooth problem, which you failed to mention in your first two posts here. Check out the Bluetooth Connection forum. Your desktop/laptop needs to be running certain Bluetooth drivers in rder for Bluetooth syncing to work.
