Exclamation Messages Not Sending: Need Answer

For some reason when I compose, reply, or forward any email on my bold, the message doesn't make it to the receiver. My phone claims that it sent the message, but it never is received. I have an unlimited data plan through att and receive emails and texts just fine. I can also send texts, its just the darn email that I can't send. I have sent test emails to several different addresses none of which got the message, this should isolate the problem to be on my end. I really need to be able to send emails from my bb, please reply with any intel.

You might want to try resending your service books to start. One of my email addresses wasn't receiving test emails, and the issue was fixed within a minute of resending the service books.

Are you connected to a BES sending from your corporate e-mail or are you sending from a personal e-mail account via BIS?

I resent service books, nothing. I am using a BIS, and am able to send emails using that email account on my p.c.

What email service are you using? Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, etc...

Can you try using another email account to pinpoint if the problem is with your device/provider or the email account?

I can send emails using my google account, it is using my pop3 account where the problem occurs

Call at&T customer care, sometimes it just gets stuck in the system! Was happening with me the first day I got the phone. 1 call and they had me power off, and restart up after they fixed what ever was causing mail to get stuck in the system! Worth a shot, worked for me.
