I'm having a problem opening my attachments and also when there is 'more available' information on an email, when i request either open attachment or 'more' they both fail and the screen says "couldn't receive more" and then appears with a red x by the email.

Have you tried a battery pull and also re-send the service books.

Forgot to add all the files I have tried to open are word 2003 documents. I have updated my word to go application and the symbol appears next to the attachment. I also have balckberry attachment service 4.6.0 in my applications list.

Yeah I've tried re-sending the service books but that hasn't solved the problem!
