I just got my Bold and I've been having a few issues with it:
1. Everytime I try to connect to the Internet and it's not on WiFi, I get the error: "This is a WiFi service. Please ensure your device has an active WiFi connection and try again." In Options, my Internet is set to "Hotspot" and there's no other option that I can switch it to. Yes, I have EDGE, it's enabled and I can see it.
I can't log into my T-Mobile account and resend service books to clear everything. My T-Mobile account shows I have a generic phone, instead of a BB. It's obviously because T-Mobile doesn't support it. I have tried setting to 2G & 3G and 2G Only. Doesn't help.
2. It's also not giving me the option to set up a regular email account from my server. I'm not on Enterprise, and I was still able to setup my account on all of my other Blackberries. I've downloaded Gmail and even Gmail doesn't work.
What do I need to do to get these issues fixed?
