Default installing blackberry user tools CD

im usin a MAC and i think my mac wouldnt read the CD. i think i need to istall this CD so i can put songs/pictures into my bb bold? so to install the USB cable? help!!!

The cd is for windows. Use pocketmac or mark space software to sync. Beware of the problems with syncing to macs.
Anyway, if you
do this and then you can mount the hard drive on the mac. You can drag the pic's and songs to the hard drive.
