Unhappy Blackberry Bold Sync Issue 4.6

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I have a blackberry bold, and on BES and using Blackberry Desktop Manager 4.6.

The problem we are getting is as soon as we connect the device or press synchronise we get this error code


0x3b21

I've tried researching this and not been able to find anything decent, we have tried downgrading and various other things such as putting the device on another computer and this works fine but it's just on this computer.

I have local admin privileges as well

Any IDEAS?

Default Try deleting the cache of ur browser

I had an issue with my synchronisation that was due to some wap pages stored on the BB. I cleared the cache (cookies, cache, ...) and everything went well.

Why not ?

I cleared the Content Cache, Pushed Content, and Cookie Cache on MEdianet and the Browser, but still go the same error code, 0x3b21. Anything else I should try?

i have exactly the same problem i see that on this thred no one came up uith the solution, have found a way to solve this????

Try this steps which I copied & pasted from other forums..
Else google for "blackberry 0x3b21" like I did.
