Default integrating email and berry

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

Im new to all this, am trying to integrate my mail accounts with my blackberry:

I go to the blackberry.com url and go to the normal e-mailset-up. Try and attach my googlemail account (I believe Ive enabled the POP3) and it says its done successfully.

But then no accounts appear on my berry...

I go to the email setup wizard on my berry .

I see 'Select an email setup option'
The only option is
'I want to use a work email account with a Blackberry Enterprise Server'

so i go next

then its:

'Has your Blackberry Enterprise Server administrator provided you with an Enterprise Activation password'

who is this and which is the password?

Who is the best person to contact re all this?
Many thanks in advance

Is this your BB on BIS or is this a work BB on a BES.

Sounds to me like you have a BB data plan, you're on BIS, and you don't have your service books yet. Go back to the carrier.blackberry.com site and select the "Send Service Books" option.
