I see posts where it says to go into email options to edit the auto signatures, but I do not see this option when I'm in options/email settings.

where should I be looking?

You can get that from BES. If your not on a BES server, you can go to the website, and set your signature.

You can also goto the 'Setup Personal Email' icon and do it from there.

Edit: Nevermind, it has to be done from the BIS web site.
