Default HELP! "Your device is not Configured to synchronize"

Please Login to Remove!

yea i was using desktop manager 4.6 to sync my Bold but this msg comes up..."Your device is not Configured to synchronize" but then i try my other Bold and it works....someone know how to fix this problem???
