Default bluetooth question ( car )

Hey have a bluetooth comaptible head unit for my car. For somereason my phone book does not show up on my head unit. my iphone works fine. i can get it to hook. stream audio and all that fine stuff. but for some reason can't get my phone book to display. Any settings i could be missing? or should change?


any ideas would be great. thanks.

you can only transfer contacts that are in a catagory.

Personal or Business

place all the contacts you want to transfer via bluetooth to your car's phone/nav system into either Personal or Business.

then you can transfer that group once you're phone is connect to the car via bluetooth

then go to bluetooth
bluetooth options
highlight your pairing device
hit menu button
transfer contacts
choose which catagory to transfer

i tired putting all my contacts in a category that did not seem to help.
