| 1. Will not break the unlock, you can download a new os just delete the vendor.xml file *(See #2)
2. Hebrew is found on some most installs iirc but not every release may have that language pickable, when upgrading you choose the languages to be installed if the language is not found in the install you will not be able to pick it
3. all your 3rd party apps/profiles preferences will have to be redone, can take over an hour depending on your model/device/email #/ etc for a full backup/install (recommended)
4.there are none, read the release note forum post for "unofficial" notes
.190 for instance does not show thumbnails for any media(pictures specifically maybe movies) found in the device memory...it does show them if they are found on the media card...
RIM does not publish release notes generally for any. Major os changes 4.2 and 4.5 /4.6 4.7 are someone described but in an official manner generally.
