I have read that I need to delete the service books related to that account. Then, just redownload them when I want to restart the delivery. So I did that - I went into Settings/Advanced Options/Service Book and deleted the entries related to that work email account. As a result, the work email icon has disappeared, but I noticed that all the work emails are still being delivered except that now they are being delivered to the main Messages folder (the folder that shows messages from all accounts in one place). That Messages folder cannot be deleted. It can be hidden, but that probably means that all those work messages will still be delivered to it it's just that I won't see them.
Any suggestions? |
Battery pull and they should stop. A much easier way is to login to the BIS Site and edit the work account, uncheck "Forward to handheld". When ready to start receiving again, just login and re-check it. Messages received during the interval between uncheck and recheck will not be delivered to the handheld.
