Unfortuantly i have to ask these questions here because ATT seems clueless to deal with, pleasant but clueless...
1.
I administer my companies BES. Its up to date and so is the OS on my device. Basically i want to see HTML email, which I can, but i must first click GET IMAGES then click YES to verify I realize it shows my identity.
How do i get it to stop prompting me and just automatically download the images, in the email settings it says allow HTML email and automatically download images but it still prompts me... Any ideas?
2.
I just switched from Verizon, the reason i switched is because the Bold is a awesome phone, unfortunatly i cant say the same for ATT's network. My calls have a staticy fuzzy sound to them, they are def not clear like Verizon.
Its not the area either, im in major Metro areas and never once in 5 years have had a dropped call or static call. Since i have been with ATT for a week i think ive had at least 10+ dropped calls, if not more.
They sent me another BlackBerry Bold and another SIM card, still the same thing, the calls just sound like crap. I let the people in the ATT store listen and they acted like that was normal. Maybe just long time ATT users are used to hearing that and it doesnt bother them, but coming from Verizon there is a huge difference.
It sucks though, i really want to stay with ATT and keep my Bold but the phones call quality is just horrid, i cant imagine that 2 BlackBerry Bolds and 2 different SIMS are both bad. Im in metro Orlando and Tampa and no matter who calls me, or who i call the calls just have static on them.
Anyways, is there any light at the end of the tunnel??
