Hi all!

I bought a Bold from Autralia Telstra(Sim free), but when i open browser and i have message: Your device does not currently have any browser configuration Service book Entries. Please contact your service provider to enable the browser on your device.
I'm from Vietnam and use Mobifone's service.

Please help me to solve this problem? How can i do?

What I would do is go to your providers BIS site sign up for the free account and once in there you can push down your service books from your provider.

or and this is a big OR

You could do what the message says and call the provider. I bet since its their service they have tech people that do this all day

Welcome to the forums.

Do you have a BlackBerry data plan?

If so, go to options > advanced options > host routing table > menu key > register now.
